I’m really glad you’ve landed here.

I offer therapy for people who need space to explore what’s going on in their inner world, especially if you’ve spent a long time holding everything together for everyone else.

Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next. Maybe you’re tired of people-pleasing, stuck in old habits that no longer serve you, or finding it hard to switch off from the constant “shoulds.” Or you simply need a safe, confidential space to begin untangling life’s challenges — somewhere you can finally exhale.

Having been through my own therapeutic journey, I understand how disorienting it can feel when nothing seems clear. That deep sense of “I don’t know what to do or where to start” is one I know well. And I also know the power of having a space that’s just for you — where you’re not judged, not interrupted, but instead truly seen, heard and understood. That kind of space can bring deep healing.

I’m a qualified counsellor offering humanistic, integrative, and holistic therapy — which simply means that I bring different approaches together to meet you where you are.
